E2b Terms — Complete Rules for Using the Platform
Please read these Terms carefully before using the e2b platform. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you are considered to have accepted all the terms set out below.

Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing e2b through its website or mobile browser, creating an account, or using any of its services, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and apply to users residing in Bangladesh. e2b provides services exclusively to individuals aged 18 and above. If a user is a minor or provides false information about their age, e2b reserves the right to close the account immediately.
Account Creation & Security
To create an account on e2b, you must provide a valid mobile number and accurate personal details. Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and any such accounts identified will be terminated.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. You must not allow any third party to access your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify the e2b support team immediately. The platform bears no liability for any misuse of your account.
You may be required to submit a national ID or other documents for identity verification. Certain services may be restricted until verification is complete.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
The following rules must be observed at all times when using the e2b platform:
- Using your account for lawful purposes on your own behalf
- Providing accurate personal information
- Placing bets within the designated limits
- Respectful Communication with the Support Team
- Access via fraud or bots
- Operating multiple accounts
- Using or sharing another person's account
- Unauthorized access to the platform's systems
Copying, modifying, or commercially exploiting any content, design, or technology on the platform is strictly prohibited. No part of the platform may be redistributed without e2b's explicit permission.
Payment & Transaction Policy
All financial transactions on e2b are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (৳ BDT). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via approved mobile banking methods, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
Submitting the correct transaction ID at the time of deposit is mandatory. Providing incorrect details may cause delays or cancellation of the transaction, and the user bears full responsibility for this. Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed. Withdrawals on verified accounts are typically processed within a few hours.
Any transaction disputes must be reported to the support team within 30 days. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered. For suspicious transactions, e2b reserves the right to place a payment on hold until verification is complete.
Limitation of Liability & Risk Acknowledgement
The e2b platform provides its services on an "as-is" basis. e2b is not liable for any temporary disruption to services caused by technical issues, server outages, or third-party problems. Online gaming and betting carry financial risk, and users must exercise their own judgment.
E2b is not liable for any direct or indirect losses under any circumstances, including financial loss, lost profit opportunities, or loss of data. Users are considered to have knowingly accepted these risks by choosing to use the platform.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
E2b may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any part of these Terms.
- Use of a false identity or forged documents.
- Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Evidence of operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Where there is a risk of compromising platform security or the interests of other users.
If a valid balance exists at the time of closure, e2b will endeavor to return those funds upon completion of verification. However, accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms may not be eligible for a balance refund.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Matters
All content on the e2b platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and media — is protected under e2b's intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution of any such content is prohibited by law.
The e2b platform and its supporting materials may reference third-party services or information. e2b accepts no responsibility for the quality, security, or reliability of any third-party content or services. Users access such services entirely at their own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
E2b reserves the right to modify these Terms, in part or in full, at any time. Any changes will be published on the website once they take effect. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be settled in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, that provision shall be severed and the remaining Terms shall continue in full force.
